On our visits to Canada Dave was always very friendly and welcoming and we enjoyed the many fruits of the Berry Farm. We all enjoyed meeting him again when he and his family visited Ireland.

Dave was a very respected member of the Avonmore community, a wonderful family man and a truly kind and friendly neighbour who definitely left his mark in this world. Pat always loved to stop and chat with him even years after working for you and anytime he was in the area. Our hearts go out to all of you. Wishing you courage and strength as you face the weeks and months ahead. With our deepest sympathy,

Condolence: My sincere condolences. I only met David once, guiding the wagon ride and tour of the farm at a farm to table dinner a few years back, but he made a big impression! We loved meeting him and listening to every word.
His hard work at Avonmore and dedicated family are a great legacy.
