On 11 March 2021 at the age of 88, Bill passed away at the Ottawa Heart Institute.
Retired employee of 37 years with Kraft Foods as Plant Manager at Wolfe Island and Williamstown. Beloved husband of Gisele Bedard Larocque for 67 years. Loved father of Elaine Armstrong (Richard) of Orleans, Edward Larocque (Michele) of Brockville, Mark Larocque (Susan) of Ingleside, Gislaine Bradt (Brian) of Kinburn. Predeceased by his parents Octave and Edith (Wilmot) Larocque, three brothers: Ernie (late Isobel), David (late Stella), Charles (Myrtle of Williamstown), three sisters: Isobel (late Paul), Marguerite (late Lionel), Helen (late Sydney), and grandson Christopher Larocque of Brockville. Dear grandfather to Megan, Bradley (Diana), Stevan, (Shalla), Teanne (Derek), Chantelle (Jason), Penny, Mandy (J. Paul), Kelsey (Justin) and Kaylin. Dear Great-Grandfather to Emmett, Linden, Greyson, Ethan, Mason, Camden, Kenzlee, Brinlynn, Jacob, Malia, Jayden, Jackson. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to the Ottawa Heart Institute.
